CHAP. 198.— An act to place the name of James H. Tolly on the pension-roll.February 22, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James H. Tolly. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of James H. Tolly, late private Company L. Twelfth Tennessee Cavalry, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, February 22, 1889.
