CHAP. 196.— An act to provide increase of pension to James Waters, formerly of Captain Weatherbye’s company of Pennsylvania Militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve.February 22, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Waters. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of James Waters, formerly a member of Captain Weatherbye’s company of Pennsylvania Militia, and who was in the military service in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, to forty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
