CHAP. 196.— An Act granting a pension to Eliza Summers.April 24, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza Summers.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza Summers, widow of Cornelius Summers, deceased, late a private of Company I, Seventy-first Regiment Missouri Enrolled Militia. Approved, April 24, 1888.
