CHAP. 191.— An act granting a pension to William Harper.February 22, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Harper. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Harper, dependent father of Joseph T. Harper, late assistant surgeon of the Seventeenth Regiment of Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry. Approved, February 22, 1889.
