CHAP. 189.— An Act granting a pension to Margaret E. Graves.April 23, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Margaret E. Graves.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret E. Graves, the dependent mother of Pliny A. Graves, late of Company F, Fifth New York Cavalry. Approved, April 23, 1888.
