CHAP. 187.— An act granting a pension to Dorothea Ruoff.February 22, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Dorothea Ruoff. Pension. That the Secretary of the Treasury be. and is hereby authorized and instructed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Dorothea Ruoff, widow of John Ruoff, late of Company F. Thirty-eighth Indiana Infantry Volunteers, and pay her a pension from and after the passage of this act during widowhood. Approved, February 22, 1889.
