CHAP. 182.— An act granting a pension to Robert Kelly.February 22, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Robert Kelly. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Robert Kelly, late a private in Company B, Third Regiment Maryland Volunteers. Approved, February 22, 1889.
