CHAP. 170.— An Act to increase the pension of James Woody.April 23, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Woody.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of James Woody, of Grant’s Pass, Oregon, formerly of the Forty-third Regiment Regular Army, in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, to thirty dollars per month, in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1888.
