Blakeslee.February 14, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William R. Blakeslee. Honorable discharge to. That the Secretary of War he. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the record of “dismissal from the service on account of incompetency,” now standing against the name of William R. Blakeslee, late surgeon of the One hundred and fifteenth Pennsylvania Volunteers, and instead thereof show him as being honorably discharged. Approved, February 14, 1889.
