CHAP. 167.— An Act granting an increase of pension to John Rowe.April 23, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Rowe.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of John Rowe, late a private in Company G, Eleventh Wisconsin Volunteers so as to include disability from kidney disease. Approved, April 23, 1888.
