CHAP. 166.— An Act granting a pension to Alonzo Higley.April 23, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alonzo Higley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to place on the pension-roll, the name of Alonzo Higley, formerly of the Tenth Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, April 23, 1888.
