CHAP. 164.— An act for the relief of David A. Haywood.February 13, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,David A. Haywood. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to David A. Haywood, of Indianapolis, Indiana, the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars and thirty-two cents, for grading and bowlding Market street, in said city, in front of the post-office and courthouse building, as per estimate made by the civil engineer of the city of Indianapolis; and a sum sufficient therefor is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
