CHAP. 164.— An Act to grant a pension to Joab M. Haley.April 23, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joab M. Haley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized, and hereby directed, to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joab M. Haley, late a first lieutenant of Company E. Tenth Iowa Regiment of Infantry Volunteers. Approved, April 23, 1888.
