CHAP. 161.— An Act granting a pension to James A. Haley.April 23, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James A. Haley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James A. Haley, late of Thomas Caldwell’s Company of West Virginia Scouts, in the war of one thousand eight hundred and sixty-one. Approved, April 23, 1888.
