CHAP. 160.— An Act granting a pension to Catharine Maxwell.April 23, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Catherine Maxwell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Catharine Maxwell, mother of Charles Maxwell, late of Company B. Ninety-seventh Regiment of Ohio Volunteer Infantry, Approved, April 23, 1888.
