CHAP. 159.— An Act for the relief of Elvira Cooper.April 23, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elvira Cooper.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Elvira Cooper, foster mother of Eugene H. Cooper, deceased, late of Company G. One hundred and forty-second New York Volunteers, and of Company B, One hundred and sixty-ninth New York Volunteers, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, April 23, 1888.
