CHAP. 149.— An Act granting a pension to Albert Nevin.April 20, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Albert Nevin.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Albert Nevin, late a private in Company K, Ninety-second New York Volunteers, upon the pension-roll at the rate of forty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the twenty-five dollars per month heretofore allowed him, the said increase of pension to commence from the passage of this act, subject to the limitations of the pension laws. Approved, April 20, 1888.
