CHAP. 146.— An act to relinquish the interest of the United States in certain lands in Kansas.February 12, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elmore S. Stroup. Public land in Kansas released to. That all the interest of the United States in and to the south half of the northeast quarter and the north half of the southeast quarter of section six, township six south, of range eighteen west, of the sixth principal meridian, in Rooks County, Kansas, is hereby relinquished to Elmore S. Stroup. Approved, February 12, 1889.
