CHAP. 145.— An Act granting a pension to John Bisbey.April 20, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Bisbey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, the name of John Bisbey. late a sergeant of Company B. Twenty-third Illinois Volunteers, and that he be granted a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars a month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, April 20, 1888.
