CHAP. 143.— An act granting a pension to Sarah J. Foy.February 12, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarah J. Foy. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah J. Foy, late a nurse in the Second Vermont Regiment Volunteers. Approved, February 12, 1889.
