CHAP. 143.— An Act granting a pension to Mahala Robbins.April 20, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mahala Robbins.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and is hereby, instructed to place on the pension-roll the name of Mahala Robbins. of Keokuk. Iowa, dependent mother of Caleb Hamone, otherwise known as Caleb Hammond, deceased, late a private in Company H. Fifty-sixth Regiment of United States Colored Troops, and pay her a pension, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension law. Approved, April 20, 1888.
