CHAP. 142.— An Act granting a pension to Charlotte T. Clark.April 20, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charlotte T. Clark.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-rolls the name of Charlotte T. Clark, widow of Bela T. Clark late captain Company D. Forty-second Regiment Illinois Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, April 20, 1888.
