CHAP. 141.— An act granting an increase of pension to James Patterson.February 12, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Patterson. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to James Patterson, late a private in Company E. Third Missouri State Militia Cavalry, a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars a month, in lieu of that which he now receives, to take effect from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 12, 1889.
