CHAP. 140.— An Act granting a pension to Isaiah G. Mayo.April 20, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isaiah G. Mayo.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Isaiah G. Mayo, late of the United States Sanitary Commission service, the rating to be the same as allowed for similar disability to an enlisted man in the United States military service. Approved, April 20, 1888.
