CHAP. 135.— An Act granting a pension to Emily B. Newell.April 19, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emily B. Newell.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Emily B. Newell, widow of Nathan F. Newell, late of Company A, Tenth Illinois Cavalry, on the pension-roll at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 19, 1888.
