CHAP. 128.— An act to increase the pension of Jacob Rogers.February 11, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jacob Rogers. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Jacob Rogers, late a private in Captain J. McChesney’s Company, in the Sixteenth United States Infantry, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, to fifty dollars per month. Approved, February 11, 1889.
