CHAP. 127.— An act to increase the pension of Rowland Ward.February 11, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rowland Ward. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Rowland Ward, late private of Company E. Fourth Regiment New York Heavy Artillery, to fifty dollars per month. Approved, February 11, 1889.
