CHAP. 125.— An act granting a pension to James S. Harden.February 11, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James S. Harden. Pension That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James S. Harden, of West Salem. Illinois, late a private in Company D, One hundred and ninety-third Regiment Ohio Volunteers. Approved, February 11, 1889.
