CHAP. 1233.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Mrs. Mary M. Ord.October 19, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary M. Ord.Pension increased.Vol. 23. p. 590. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Mary M. Ord, widow of the late General E. O. C. Ord, and to pay her a pension at the rate of seventy-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension she is now receiving. Approved, October 19, 1888.
