CHAP. 122.— An Act for the relief of Robert Johnston, of the State of New York.April 17, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Robert Johnston.Political disabilities removed. That Robert Johnston, of the State of New York, is hereby relieved of all political disabilities imposed upon him by the third section of the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
