CHAP. 121.— An Act for erecting of a fireproof workshop at the National Armory.April 17, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,National Armory. That the Secretary of War be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to cause to be erected at the National Armory, Springfield, Massachusetts,fireproof work shop. one fireproof carpenters’ and stocking shop. The plan, specifications, and full estimates for said building shall be previously made and approved according to law, and shall not exceed for said building complete the sum of seventy-five thousand dollars.
For the purposes of this act the sum of seventy-five thousand dollarsAppropriation. is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the same to be expended under the direction of the Secretary of War. Approved, April 17, 1888.
