CHAP. 1207.— An Act to increase the pension of Sylvester Stearns.October 18, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sylvester Stearns.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed and authorized to increase the pension of Sylvester Stearns, of Fostoria, Ohio, late a member of Company K, Forty-ninth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, to fifty dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, October 18, 1888.
