CHAP. 1206.— An Act for the relief of the heirs of Martin Kenofsky.October 18, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martin Kenofsky.Payment to heirs of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the heirs or legal representatives of Martin Kenofsky the sum of four thousand nine hundred and ninety-two dollars and fifty cents. in full of all demands for and on account of the claim of the said Kenofsky for the proceeds derived from the sale of four thousand nine hundred and ninety-two dollars and fifty cents of gold coin belonging to him and used in the service of the United States.
