CHAP. 1203.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Leopold Mayer.October 18, 1888. *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Leopold Mayer.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place 1220 on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Leopold Mayer, late captain of Company C, Twelfth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, October 18, 1888.
