CHAP. 1198.— An Act granting a pension to David Heinbach.October 18, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,David Heinbach.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place 1219 on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of David Heinbach, Company G, One hundred and seventy-third Pennsylvania Volunteers. Approved, October 18, 1888.
