CHAP. 1184.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Benjamin Franklin.October 16, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Benjamin Franklin.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin Franklin, late of Company H, Second Regiment of Minnesota Cavalry, and pay him a pension of one hundred dollars per month, in lieu of the pension of seventy-two dollars per month heretofore granted, and which he is now receiving for loss of both legs and both arms.
