That the Secretary of the Interior.be, and that he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions of the pension laws, the name of John German, father of Philip German, deceased, formerly of Company G, Twenty-fourth Illinois Infantry. Approved, October 16, 1888.
