CHAP. 117.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Frederick Augustin.April 16, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frederick Augustin.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frederick Augustin, late a private in Company I. Twenty-first Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, who was pensioned by certificate numbered forty-five thousand six hundred and twenty-two, and to pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
