CHAP. 1163.— An Act granting a pension to Elizabeth Evans.October 16, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth Evans.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Elizabeth Evans, dependent sister of William Ayers, late a private in Company F, Thirty-seventh Regiment of Indiana Volunteers, on the pension-roll, and pay her a pension of twelve dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws. Approved, October 16, 1888.
