CHAP. 116.— An Act for the relief of Everard Flynn.April 16, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Everard Flynn.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby directed to place on the pension-rolls, the name of Everard Flynn, son of George C. Flynn, and pay to the legal guardian of said Everard Flynn, a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, April 16, 1888.
