CHAP. 1151.— An Act for the relief of Henry Rose.October 15, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry Rose.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Henry Rose, late private in Captain William S. L. Deering’s company, Major William Lauderdale’s battalion, Tennessee troops in the Florida war, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, October 15, 1888.
