CHAP. 1148.— An Act for the relief of Perry R. Nye.October 15, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Perry R. Nye.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Perry R. Nye, late of Company E, Tenth Regiment Ohio Volunteers. Approved, October 15, 1888.
