CHAP. 1145.— An Act to increase the pension of Philip Thomas.October 15, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Philip Thomas.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Philip Thomas, late a private of Company D, Seventy-first Regiment of Indiana Volunteers, for injury to right knee and heart disease, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, October 15, 1888.
