CHAP. 1142.— An Act granting a pension to Susan E. Latture.October 15, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Susan E. Latture.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Susan E. Latture, widow of Jacob Latture, late a private of Company D. Fifth Tennessee Volunteers. Mexican war, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws. Approved, October 15, 1888.
