CHAP. 1131.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Dulcena Noel.October 15, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Dulcena Noel.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Mrs. Dulcena Noel, as the dependent mother of William T. Noel, late a private in Company G, Seventeenth Iowa Volunteers, and pay her a pension, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, October 15, 1888.
