CHAP. 1127.— An Act granting a pension to Samuel Neikirk.October 15, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel Neikirk.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed and authorized to place on the pension-roll, subject to the restrictions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel Neikirk, of Republic, Seneca County. Ohio, late a private in Company K. One hundred and first Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Approved, October 15, 1888.
