CHAP. 1121.— An Act granting a pension to J. W. Leight.October 15, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jonathan W. Leight.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby directed to put on the pension-roll the name of Jonathan W. Leight, late hospital steward of the Sixty-seventh Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, October 15, 1888.
