CHAP. 1106.— An Act granting a pension to John B. Timberman.October 12, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John B. Timberman.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John B. Timberman, late private in Company G, Thirty-fourth Regiment of Ohio Volunteers. Approved, October 12, 1888.
