CHAP. 11.— An act granting a pension to Mrs. Louisa Ward.December 24, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Louisa Ward. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Louisa Ward, mother of Edgar A. Ward, who served as a private in Company H, Twelfth Iowa Infantry. Approved, December 24, 1888.
