CHAP. 109.— An Act for the relief of Alfred Hedberg.April 16, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alfred Hedberg.Appointment as captain in the Army authorized. That the President of the United States be, and he hereby is. authorized to nominate and. by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, appoint Alfred Hedberg (late a captain in the Fifteenth Infantry), a captain of infantry in the Army of the United States, and that he, the said Alfred Hedberg, shall be assigned to the first vacancy of his grade occurring in the infantry arm of the service, with rank from the date of said assignment: *Provided*, That said Alfred Hedberg shall receive no pay*Proviso*.Pay. for the time he was out of service, but only from the date of his assignment under this act.
